Get in touch

Send us an enquiry or give us a call. Tell us roughly when, where and how many. Even rough numbers are fine.

Step 02

An introductory call or meeting

We'll book a phone call with Zoe to gather the detail (venue, vision, menu preferences, dietaries and budget) so the proposal we build is properly tailored, not a template.

Step 03

Your tailored proposal

A complete proposal with menu, package and pricing for your day. Travel, equipment hire and any extras are all included so there are no surprises later.

Step 04

Confirm your date

Once you're happy, a deposit secures your date in our calendar and we begin planning in earnest. Wedding dates book out fast, the earlier the better.

Step 05

Your tasting

Come into our HQ for a tasting of up to six menu items. A chance to meet our chefs, see where the magic happens, and finalise your selection.

Step 06

Your day

We arrive, set up, serve, cut and plate your cake, pack down, and leave the venue exactly as we found it. Your only job is to enjoy yourselves.

Your wedding is one of the few occasions where the food, the service and the feeling in the room all sit alongside each other in memory for years afterward. Our job is to make all three effortless for you, and unforgettable for your guests.

We've been catering Wellington weddings for 14 years. In that time we've built a team of chefs, event managers and front-of-house staff who genuinely love what they do, and it shows. We'll look after you from the first enquiry through to packing down at the end of the night.

Common questions

The things couples usually ask.

Where can you cater?

Anywhere with space and power. We regularly cater across Wellington and Kapiti, including private homes, marquees, gardens and unconventional venues. Travel fees, where applicable, are itemised transparently in your proposal.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

Our menu packages are built for 30 guests and up. We've also delivered events for 2,000+. If your wedding is smaller, our delivered catering options are a great fit.

How does the tasting work?

Once your date is confirmed, book a tasting at our HQ. Six items of your choosing. It's also a chance to meet the team and see where your wedding food is being made.

When do you need final numbers?

Two weeks out from the wedding, alongside any dietary requirements. This gives our chefs time to prep without compromise.

How do dietary requirements work?

We're proud of how many dietary-friendly options live across our menus by default: vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and beyond. Confirm any specific guest dietaries with us by two weeks out, alongside your final numbers.

Our chef is happy to work through specific dietaries with you.

Do you provide bar service and wedding cake cutting?

Yes to both. We can provide a full bar service or staff a BYO setup for you. We'll also cut and serve your wedding cake on the night.

What about hire equipment, chairs, tables, marquees?

We use a trusted third-party partner for hire equipment and we coordinate it all on your behalf. One point of contact, one invoice, no juggling multiple suppliers.

What about pack-down at the end of the night?

Our team handles set-up, service and pack-down. You'll find the venue exactly as you found it.
